CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At V. Verenize, we strive to provide the best service to all of our clients. To help us manage our schedule and ensure that everyone receives the attention they deserve, we kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Important Details: Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or more in advance, you will not be charged a cancellation fee, and if a deposit has been received, it will be fully refunded. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment within the 48-hour window, you may apply your deposit toward the new appointment. However, this can only be done once, and the deposit will be applied to that one rescheduled appointment only. If you reschedule again, a new deposit will be required. If you cancel the rescheduled appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as it helps us maintain quality service for all clients.
